But, as in every legal dispute and according to the vocational and professional law, we need to inform you that no guarantee can be given as to the outcome of a legal action. We also have to inform you that in the event that litigation is lost, the defeated party has to bear the court fees.

Please also be aware that you should not freeze any due payments to your resort (i.e. maintenance fees or finance payments) until the judgement, as neither your membership agreement nor the Spanish Civil Code grant the right to withhold payments because of a legal dispute pending in court.
