ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT BREAKTHROUGH FOR RESALEGC CLIENTAnother reclaim client was celebrating success this week when the judge in court no 13 in Las Palmas ruled in their favour. Having challenged the contracts of one of the major resorts in the south of Gran Canaria the lawyer representing this client said that this favourable ruling was particularly significant because not only did the judge declare that both the clients contracts were NULL AND VOID in doing so he ruled that the clients were entitled to a FULL refund INCLUDING DOUBLE their deposit PLUS INTEREST since the case was launched AND the refund of ALL THE MAINTENANCE FEES they had paid since THE START of their contract.
